1. Returns and Exchanges
At AC Nails World, we aim to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Opened or used nail polish, nail treatments, or other cosmetic products
- Nail tools and accessories that have been opened or used
- Customized or personalised products
3. How to Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at acnailsworld@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will send you return instructions and provide a return address. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at acnailsworld@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different item, colour, or size, please follow the return process. We will assist you in processing the exchange once we receive your returned item(s).
7. Items Lost in Transit
While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items once they have been dispatched. Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided. If your item is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
